ZZZZZ....

I took both of these today....my sweet boy just a snoozing away. The first pic I took this morning, I call him my "little burrito". He likes to be swaddled which turns out to be a good thing as he's developed eczema on his eyelids and when he's swaddled he can't scratch his eyes ...poor baby :(

The second pic I took this afternoon after getting home from some errands. If B is a little cranky, all I need to do is put him in his car seat and he almost (immediately) falls to sleep. I call it is "license to snooze" :)

LOOK WHAT I DID...

"Mommy, look what I did" is typically a statement that makes you cringe a little when your 4 year old walks out of her room from her afternoon quiet time so...when Boo came out of her room the other day and made this statement, I got a little nervous. Imagine my surprise when I turned around to find her showing me her finger nails which she had painted all by herself. I'm not sure who was the proudest...Bailey or myself. She did such a great job! Of course later she peeled all the polish off which cracked me up :)

What an amazing little girl...she'll point out clothes that other girls are wearing because she likes the outfit, she matches when she picks out her own clothes and now she's painting her nails on her own. Heck, she's already a better woman that I am :) Way to go baby....

LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON...

Brandon is taking after daddy... he loves to talk :o) I was able to catch a couple of short videos which was an accomplishment because (typically) he quiets down when I bring out the camera. If you had been in our home after I took these two, you would have cracked up because after turning off the the video, Brandon when into this long (and loud) monologue....it was hilarious. As I said, "like father, like son" :o)

Oh...and the second video actually captured a first! For the first time, he clicked his tongue! He's been trying to do this for a few weeks now; we got lucky and got this first on video :o)
